THE GOOD KIND OF BLUES

Our client and her daughter found the perfect house to call their official home in South Dakota. These Minnesota ladies come from the land of 10,000 lakes so it’s only natural that they love their blue tones. With each area of the home we had fun with natural stones and stains along with bright and playful tones to add a little extra joy & color into the space.
The layout of this 1987 home was rethought to be more mindful of sightlines and being more welcoming for indoor / outdoor entertaining. Although the existing pool wasn’t the main selling feature of the home, the remodel catered to a better flow for gatherings and pool parties.
When you can give a 30+ year home a breath of new life, that’s always our favorite part.
