SPYGLASS MAIN FLOOR REMODEL
Our LUCKY clients not only got a gorgeous new kitchen and main floor remodel but they also were LUCKY to have it all wrapped up right before all the COVID-19 shut downs. They were happy and excited to have space to spread out with their 5 kids home from high school and college. A full house made so much more enjoyable with a new 18’ kitchen island and a new pantry that they never had before. We don’t usually design a home for a pandemic but this kitchen just happened to fit the bill perfectly and we are so happy that they all got to enjoy it together.
This project is a great example of how we can manipulate square footage without adding an addition. Previously they shared the kitchen with a cozy TV sitting area. After creating a new cabinet layout for their unique angled layout we suddenly had space for a pantry, a coffee/drink bar, and the HUGE island.
