A CALM SPACE TO CALL HOME

Calming colors and rich black walnut cabinets give with space a high-end but relaxed feel.

Our plan was to work with the space we had to make the main living area feel larger and more open . We removed the 90’s sponge painted kitchen cabinet and came up with a new plan for storage and better function with Carissa at Showplace Cabinetry. A pantry was removed instead of added and the wet bar was relocated to enlarge the space and to help with flow. The sunken living room was raised to be flush with the rest of the floors and wood floors were feathered in and refinished throughout the main floor. The beautiful fireplace and stove hood are the same stucco material and help to tie the rooms together as well. New millwork and carpet on the staircase and the entire upstairs had the millwork painted. Beautiful new doors and nickel hardware adds the final finishing touch to this high-end but relaxed remodel.
