Project Description: Removal of the old 2 stall garage and replaced with an oversized 3 stall with vaulted ceilings. Addition of mudroom and dining room space with a second level added above. The 2nd level includes two bedrooms, a full bath, play room and unfinished bonus room above the garage. The ceiling heights were raised on the main level from 8’ to 10’ and vaulted in areas. Full main floor remodel with expansive kitchen and walk through back kitchen that continues into the added mudroom off the garage. The kitchen flows to the new dining room and out to the back patio space. New sight lines to the front living room and family room allow for entertaining and large family gatherings. All new windows & millwork throughout the home.
