We love when clients don’t want to move. Remodels are such a wonderful option to breathE life back into a home that you still love.

For this home, the clients have been living here almost 20 years and were ready to add additional function & flow. We added on a 15’x14’ addition off the garage to be a new space for a proper mudroom and an pantry that they never had previously. Along with this addition, the footprint of the main floor changed by adjusting the laundry room size, removing a pantry closet that jutted into the kitchen making it feel tight, and enclosed the 2nd staircase entrance. The entire main floor was remodeled, along with the staircase and upstairs landing. The home went from rich reds, golds and greens from the early 2000’s to a bolder but still cozy look.
